The (Unmet) Potential of Regional Human Rights Courts

I’ve fallen a bit behind on my blogging of late, but I have a new piece up on Cambridge University Press’s blog, fifteeneightyfour.  My post there discusses some of the big-picture ways that regional human rights courts have reshaped the relationship among individuals, their governments and the global governance of human rights, as well as the ways in which these courts have not quite reached their full potential.
